Doesn't matter when they have enough

Doesn't matter when they have enough instacast heals/hots to keep people up while they recover from their CC. The nerf only affects Druid's AoE hot, and Pally's only hot + aoe heal. wow or You say Hpal is only insta cast heals when that's all Druid is....

Much as horn has no GCD

Persistent BG buff. Much as horn has no GCD, can we just skip rebuffing and just be buffed persistently? Did I mention AV acheter wow po yet....oh AV...blissful, lovely, AV...... Honestly I feel you guys have done a great job at creating balance in this...

Okay, here is something to think on

Okay, here is something to think on. Why are mana recuperating abilities, such as Hymn of Hope and Innervate and mana gems being removed? Or for that matter, why would only arcane magi get evocation. Why do these need to be removed/placed differently?...
